Nate's Treatment

Here is another sad soul - sweet Nate - who came from the same foster home that Eddie did - and was displaced when his foster mom landed in the hospital after a serious car accident. Poor guy - He is not the most handsome dog in the world - but we think he is awfully cute. What a nice boy too.

Of course, coming from bad beginnings - Nate has tested positive for heartworm. This si such an easy disease to avoid - and so hard to treat. If people would just give their dog's a monthly preventitive - our wourld as rescuers would be such a better place.

Nate is in a wonderful foster home - but he cannot stay forever. The only way we can place him is to treat him for heartworm first - so, again, we need to beg for your help.
